ちなみに、「myth」を「神話」と単純に訳すと「神様の話」ぽいニュアンスになってしまうかと思い、「作り話」と訳しました。こういう場合に使われる「myth」とは、「本当だと思われているが実は本当ではないこと」くらいの意味で、神様は関係ありません。「安全神話」などの形で使われる「神話」と同じなので、そういうニュアンスが伝わるなら「日本失敗という神話」でもいいのでしょうが
